I am a retired AF full Colonel with a BS in Biology from Texas A&M (class of '76, whoooop!). I was born and raised in San Antonio and still have family there.
I never lost my love of science plus I got very ill at age 52 and required a lifesaving surgery a few years later. I thought I was pretty healthy before that. So, after a naturopath headed me in the right direction, I decided to go back to school myself and ended up with a PhD in Holistic Nutrition. I have been a health coach ever since, helping tons of people recover their health. I have learned a lot along the way and want to share that with the rest of the world.
